Ibrahim Halil Koyuncu LL.M. is a co-founder and partner of the law and tax consultancy firm Falke law.tax, founded in 2007 and based in Istanbul (Yenibosna). As a partner, he is responsible for the comprehensive support of international and national clients – both companies and private individuals – in the areas of Inheritance Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Litigation, as well as Tax and Real Estate Law.

In his daily work, he places great importance on tailored, solution-oriented strategies, especially in cross-border issues between Turkey and Germany/Europe.

Mr. Koyuncu is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and is also actively involved in the German-Turkish Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Istanbul. His qualification as a sworn translator and interpreter for German and Turkish particularly facilitates legally binding communication in Turkey for international clients.

He looks back on many years of practical experience: Before founding Falke law.tax, he worked for renowned international commercial law firms and companies in Istanbul. In addition to his law studies at Istanbul University, he holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Heidelberg.

He speaks fluent Turkish, German, and English, making him an ideal contact person for international inheritance cases.
